Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Door Factory, operated by HOME DELUXE BLDG MAT TR L.L.C.SP, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver our products throughout the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery Coverage
We currently provide delivery and installation services across all Emirates, including:
- Dubai
- Sharjah
- Abu Dhabi
- Ajman
- Ras Al Khaimah
- Fujairah
- Umm Al Quwain
- Al Ain
For deliveries outside our standard service areas, additional transportation charges may apply.
Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed and payment requirements are completed:
- Standard products are prepared for dispatch based on stock availability.
- Custom-made WPC doors and windows are manufactured according to the approved specifications before delivery.
- Customers will be notified once their order is ready for delivery or installation.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product and project requirements.
Standard Products
- Usually delivered within 2–7 business days, subject to stock availability.
Custom-Made Products
- Production and delivery typically take 7–14 business days, depending on design, quantity, and project complexity.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, weather conditions, public holidays, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on:
- Delivery location
- Order value
- Product size and weight
- Quantity ordered
- Installation requirements
Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated before your order is confirmed.
Installation Scheduling
If installation services are included:
- Our team will contact you to schedule a convenient installation date.
- Customers must ensure the installation site is accessible and ready before our team arrives.
- Delays caused by site readiness may require rescheduling.
Delivery Inspection
Upon delivery, customers are requested to:
- Inspect all products carefully.
- Verify the quantity and specifications.
- Report any visible damage or shortages before signing the delivery confirmation.
Any concerns should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Failed Delivery
A delivery may be rescheduled if:
- No authorized person is available to receive the goods.
- The delivery location is inaccessible.
- Incorrect delivery information was provided.
- Site conditions prevent safe unloading.
Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts caused by customer-related issues.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Door Factory is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Public holidays
- Customs or transportation delays
- Road closures
- Force majeure events
We will make every reasonable effort to keep customers informed of any significant delays.
Ownership & Risk
Ownership of the products transfers to the customer once full payment has been received. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery or completion of installation, whichever occurs first.
International Shipping
At present, our primary delivery and installation services are available within the United Arab Emirates. For export or international supply inquiries, please contact our sales team to discuss available options.
