Cancellation Policy
At Door Factory, operated by HOME DELUXE BLDG MAT TR L.L.C.SP, we understand that plans may change. This Cancellation Policy explains when an order may be cancelled and any applicable conditions.
Ready-Made Products
Orders for ready-made products may be cancelled if:
- The order has not yet been dispatched for delivery.
- The cancellation request is approved by Door Factory.
If the order has already been shipped, the customer must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom-Made Products
Because custom-made products are manufactured according to the customer’s approved specifications, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
This includes products made to the customer’s:
- Custom sizes
- Drawings
- Designs
- Colors
- Finishes
- Special project requirements
Customers are requested to carefully review all measurements, specifications, and quotations before confirming their order.
Before Production Begins
If production has not started, customers may request to cancel a custom order.
If materials have already been purchased or design work has been completed, Door Factory reserves the right to deduct any costs already incurred before processing a refund.
Cancellation by Door Factory
Door Factory reserves the right to cancel an order if:
- The product is no longer available.
- Incorrect pricing or technical information was published.
- Payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.
- The customer provides incorrect or incomplete order information.
- Delivery or installation cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If Door Factory cancels an order before production or dispatch, any eligible payments received will be refunded.
Refunds After Cancellation
Where a cancellation is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping, installation, design, or administrative charges already incurred may be deducted where applicable.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Invoice number (if available)
- Full name
- Contact number
- Reason for cancellation
Our team will review your request and respond promptly.
