At Door Factory, operated by HOME DELUXE BLDG MAT TR L.L.C.SP, we offer secure and convenient payment options for our customers. This Payment Policy outlines the accepted payment methods, payment terms, and related conditions for purchases made through www.doorfactory.ae.

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Currency

All prices displayed on our website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

VAT

All applicable prices are subject to 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with UAE regulations, unless otherwise stated.

A valid tax invoice will be issued for every completed order.

Order Confirmation

Orders are processed only after:

  • Payment has been successfully received, or
  • A payment arrangement has been agreed upon by both parties.

Door Factory reserves the right to cancel or delay an order if payment is not received.

Custom-Made Products

For custom-manufactured WPC doors and windows:

  • An advance payment may be required before production begins.
  • Production will commence only after payment confirmation and approval of all specifications.
  • The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid before delivery or as agreed in the quotation.

Payment Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your payment information. Online card payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Door Factory does not store your complete credit or debit card details on its servers.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined or unsuccessful:

  • Your order will not be confirmed until payment is successfully completed.
  • Please contact your bank or card issuer if you experience payment issues.
  • Alternatively, you may contact our sales team for assistance or to arrange another payment method.

Pricing Errors

While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. If an incorrect price is displayed, Door Factory reserves the right to cancel or correct the order before dispatch. If payment has already been made, you will be contacted to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds are generally made using the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
