Return & Refund Policy
At Door Factory, operated by HOME DELUXE BLDG MAT TR L.L.C.SP, we are committed to providing high-quality WPC doors and windows. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Ready-Made Products
Returns are accepted only for ready-made products under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
- The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided.
After inspection and approval, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Custom-Made Products
All customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes products manufactured according to the customer’s:
- Custom dimensions
- Special designs
- Selected colors or finishes
- Project-specific requirements
- Customer-approved drawings or specifications
Once production has started, these orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged, except in cases of a verified manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery or differs from your confirmed order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing photographs and your invoice details.
After inspection, Door Factory will arrange a replacement or another suitable solution where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made WPC doors and windows
- Products that have been installed or used
- Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Clearance or special-order items
- Products returned without proof of purchase
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping, installation, and service charges are generally non-refundable once the service has been completed.
