Installation Policy
At Door Factory, operated by HOME DELUXE BLDG MAT TR L.L.C.SP, we provide professional installation services to ensure your WPC doors and windows are fitted safely, accurately, and according to industry best practices.
Please read the following policy before scheduling an installation.
Installation Service
Our installation service includes:
- Site inspection (where applicable)
- Product measurement and verification
- Professional installation of WPC doors and windows
- Basic alignment and adjustment
- Final inspection after installation
Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Installation Scheduling
Once your products are ready, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient installation date and time.
Installation dates are subject to:
- Product availability
- Project readiness
- Site accessibility
- Weather conditions (if applicable)
While we aim to meet the scheduled date, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Customer Responsibilities
Before our installation team arrives, customers are responsible for ensuring that:
- The installation area is clean, safe, and accessible.
- Any civil work, plastering, flooring, or painting that may affect the installation has been completed.
- Electrical, plumbing, or other services do not interfere with the installation.
- A responsible person is available on-site during the installation.
- Approved drawings, sizes, and product specifications have been confirmed.
Delays caused by site conditions may require the installation to be rescheduled.
Product Inspection
Before installation begins, customers are encouraged to inspect the products for:
- Correct quantity
- Correct size
- Design and finish
- Visible damage during transportation
Any concerns should be reported immediately before installation starts.
Changes After Production
Once products have been manufactured according to the approved specifications, changes to dimensions, designs, colors, or finishes may not be possible and may result in additional charges.
Existing Door & Window Removal
Unless specifically included in the quotation, the removal and disposal of existing doors, windows, frames, or related materials are not part of our standard installation service.
If required, this service can be quoted separately.
Completion of Installation
Upon completion, our installation team will:
- Check the alignment and operation of the installed products.
- Ensure locks, hinges, and handles operate correctly.
- Clean the work area of basic installation debris.
- Request the customer or site representative to inspect and approve the completed work.
Warranty
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in accordance with our Warranty Policy.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused after installation due to misuse or accidents.
- Modifications carried out by third parties.
- Damage resulting from structural movement, water leakage, or improper building conditions.
- Normal wear and tear.
Health & Safety
Our installation team follows appropriate safety practices while working on-site. Customers are requested to keep children, pets, and unauthorized persons away from the installation area until work has been completed.
