3. Do you manufacture custom-sized doors?
Yes. We specialize in manufacturing WPC doors and windows according to your required dimensions, designs, colors, and project specifications.
4. Do you provide installation services?
Yes. We provide professional measurement, delivery, and installation services across the United Arab Emirates.

6. How long does manufacturing take?
Production time depends on the product type and order quantity.
- Ready-made products: Usually available within 2–7 business days, subject to stock.
- Custom-made products: Typically 7–21 business days after order confirmation.
7. Are WPC doors waterproof?
Yes. WPC doors are highly resistant to water and moisture, making them suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, and other humid environments.
8. Are WPC doors termite-resistant?
Yes. Unlike traditional wooden doors, WPC doors are resistant to termites and other wood-boring insects.
9. Can WPC doors be used outdoors?
Some WPC products are suitable for covered outdoor applications. Please contact us for recommendations based on your project requirements.
10. Do you accept returns?
Yes, only ready-made products may be eligible for return, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom-made products manufactured according to customer specifications cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
11. Can I cancel my order?
Ready-made product orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

13. Do your prices include VAT?
Prices displayed on our website may be shown with or without VAT, depending on the product page. Where applicable, 5% UAE VAT will be applied in accordance with local regulations.
A tax invoice will be issued for every completed order.
14. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Our products are covered against manufacturing defects in accordance with our Warranty Policy. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation by third parties, or normal wear and tear.
