Warranty Policy
At Door Factory, operated by HOME DELUXE BLDG MAT TR L.L.C.SP, we are committed to manufacturing high-quality WPC doors and windows. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and proper installation.
Warranty Coverage
Door Factory warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery or installation, subject to the terms of this policy.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Door Factory or through our authorized sales channels.
What Is Covered
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in WPC doors and windows
- Defects in workmanship under normal use
- Structural defects resulting from manufacturing faults
- Factory-installed hardware defects (where applicable)
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the warranty period, Door Factory will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product,
- Replace the defective product or component, or
- Provide another suitable remedy.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, abuse, or accidents.
- Improper storage or handling after delivery.
- Damage caused by unauthorized installation or modification.
- Damage caused by impact, fire, flooding, chemicals, or natural disasters.
- Minor variations in color, texture, or finish that are normal characteristics of WPC materials.
- Damage resulting from improper maintenance or cleaning.
- Products repaired or altered by persons not authorized by doorfactory.ae.
Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty coverage, customers must:
- Follow all care and maintenance instructions.
- Use the product only for its intended purpose.
- Report any manufacturing defects promptly after they are discovered.
- Provide proof of purchase when making a warranty claim.
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please provide:
- Invoice or proof of purchase.
- Product photographs showing the issue.
- A description of the problem.
- Installation details (if applicable).
Our technical team may inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.
Warranty Limitations
The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product only. Door Factory shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including labor costs, delays, or other expenses beyond the value of the affected product, except where required by applicable law.
