Products & Services

Door Factory manufactures, supplies, and installs WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) doors, windows, frames, and related products. Product images, colors, finishes, and specifications displayed on the website are for reference only and may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes, lighting, or screen settings.

Quotations & Pricing

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
Prices may change without prior notice.
VAT will be applied where required by UAE law.
Quotations are generally valid for the period stated on the quotation.
Custom quotations may vary depending on project specifications.

Orders

Orders are confirmed only after:

Quotation approval (where applicable)
Required measurements have been completed (if applicable)
Payment requirements have been satisfied
Order confirmation has been issued by Door Factory

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion.

Custom-Made Products

Many of our products are manufactured according to customer specifications.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all approved measurements, drawings, finishes, colors, and specifications are accurate before production begins.

Site Measurement & Installation

Where measurement and installation services are included:

Customers must provide safe and unrestricted access to the site.
Installation dates are subject to material availability and project scheduling.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide only and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, logistics, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Door Factory is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Inspection & Acceptance

Customers should inspect all products upon delivery or installation. Any visible damage, shortages, or concerns should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Products that have been installed are considered accepted unless a manufacturing defect is identified.

Warranty

Eligible products are covered by the applicable warranty provided by Door Factory. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by:

Improper use
Misuse or abuse
Unauthorized modifications
Accidents
Normal wear and tear
Improper installation by third parties
Failure to follow maintenance guidelines
